Cancellation Policy: For Tours

» If cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival- 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.

» If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded

» If cancellation is between between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded

» If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival - No Refund

* Flight and Train Tickets - No refund if issued on BAR (Best Available rates) rates, for regular tariff penalty will be applicable as per the policy.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

 

Cancellation Policy for Palace on Wheels and other Luxury Trains:

Booking: 25% of the fare to be paid at the time of booking. Balance is to be 75 days prior to departure date.

 

Cancellation :
» If cancellation is 75 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposited amount shall be refunded

» If cancellation is 40 to 75 days prior to departure: 35% of the deposited amount shall be refunded

» If cancellation is within 40 days prior to departure: No refund
