DAY 1 HANOI ARRIVAL (D)
Special food: “Pho bo” Beef-noodles, the spirit flavour of North Vietnam
On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel for check in. Ha Noi, Vietnam's capital, is a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some Asia’s most striking colonial architecture. The many lakes and parks make for relaxing atmosphere.
Afternoon, join 35 minute electric car “Green tourism” getting around 36 ancient streets of Hanoi Old quarter. End of day, we attend the performance of the famous Vietnamese traditional art of water puppetry at Thang Long theatre. Dinner in a boutique restaurant with “Pho bo”. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2 HANOI – HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B,L,D)

Start at 8:00 with shuttle bus transfer to Halong City. This transfer takes around 3 hours. We may stop enroute to admire the local scenery. Arrive at the port around 12:30 and board the ship. Begin sailing and pass through a magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth. After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails, go swimming on a quiet beach or sunbath on the sundeck. Later in the afternoon, visit an interesting fishing village with an opportunity to interact with local people who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. Back on board, enjoy a seafood dinner. Overnight on Halong cruise.
DAY 3 HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B,L,D)

Wake up with Tai Chi exercises (kind of light exercises) on the sun deck and continue cruising along the bays. Morning transfer to Lan Ha Bay, the South of Cat Ba to visit Viet Hai isolated village. Cycling inside Cat Ba National park, short trekking from Viet Hai village to Bat cave. Free intermingle with villagers. Enjoy lunch on a hidden beach (if weather permits) or in Viet Hai village. In the afternoon, you sails to Pearl villager where locals raise-up and make products from pearl. Kayaking in this tranquil village and in Dark Cave area. Enjoy cooking class with “nem” Vietnamese spring-rolls and “nuoc mam” fish-sauce. Overnight on Halong cruise.
DAY 4 HALONG BAY - HANOI (B,L)

Wake up with Tai Chi exercises (kind of light exercises) on the sun deck and continue cruising along the bays. Enjoy breakfast buffet in the restaurant, then visit the limestone grotto. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of thousands of karst mountains jutting out from the sea. Enjoy lunch on board and disembark in Halong City at around 11:00 noon and get back to Hanoi with your shuttle vehicle, guide and driver. Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at around 17.00. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 5 HANOI – NHA TRANG BEACH (B,D)

In the morning, our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel lobby and walk with you to Hoan Kiem lake. Walk by St. Joseph Cathedral Church to Café Nhan shop since 1946. Enjoy a special coffee cup with the harmonious blend of pure Arabica coffee of North Vietnam and the handmade preparation.
Walk along Hang Gai “silk” street to Hoan Kiem street. Sit down on a street-side stall to see the host prepare your dish of “Nom bo kho” with ingredients of dried beef, sour kohlrabi, mango, coconut and a bit chili. It’s crispy, meaty and delicious, especially attractive flavour which can persuade all fastidious foodies. Walk with our tour guide to Ta Hien beer corner. Opt some “Nem ran” Vietnamese spring-rolls before enjoying “the cheapest draught beer of the world” voted by Lonely Planet experts in 2011. Bottom-up the beer during chatting with friends. Take your short flight to Nha Trang beach city. Private airport transfer is included. Dinner and overnight in Nha Trang.
DAY 6 NHA TRANG SNORKELING AND BOATING TOUR (B,L)

Start at 8.00 am from your hotel to Cau Da port and joining a group tour today. Cruise to Mun & Mot islands, where you stop for diving & snorkeling around these islands. You can try 2 dives for the tour, which is 45 minutes per dive. The distance between 2 dives about 2-3 hours, depending on escorted diving instructor & guest health status. Light lunch, tea, coffee will be served on boat after the first dive. Enjoy the panorama of the sea, the whole collection of live sea creatures in Nha Trang bay, especially view the beautiful live coral reefs at the sea bottom. Car pick up & transfer back to the hotel. Tour ends around 16.00 at your hotel. Overnight in Nha Trang.
DAY 7 NHA TRANG BEACH – NEM NUONG NINH HOA (B,L)

Today you’re free at leisure but lunch and private transfer are pre-arranged. Enjoy the 2 most famous dishes of Nha Trang “Nem nuong Ninh Hoa” and “Bun cha ca”.
We can eat “nem nuong” grilled meat rolls which is grilled directly with the fire of coal brazier, fermented pork roll is served with raw herbs as well as dipping sauce with pickled green papaya. Another featured thing making the dish delectable is the sauce. This is a mixture of mince, chili, pepper, wheat powder, fish-sauce and sugar. This dish is a combination of 6 tastes: Salt, Sweet, Sour, Sharp, Bitter and Acrid. Enjoy another famous speciality – “bun cha ca”, which is made from boiled sailfish and mackerel’s bones, that determines the exclusive taste of this specialty. Different from the fatty boiled pork bones’ broth; “bun cha ca” broth is sweet and savory, especially suitable for people who are going on a diet. Overnight in Nha Trang.
DAY 8 NHA TRANG – HO CHI MINH CITY (B)
Morning flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh city. Private airport transfers with guide are provided. Check in the hotel in the city center and take a halfday citytour. Visit Nortre Dame cathedral, War Remnants museum, Reunification Palace the former base of South Vietnam regime during Vietnam War, Cho Lon ‘China town” and Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
DAY 9 HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – CRICKET FARM – BUFFET DINNER ON SAIGON RIVER (B,L,D)
Special food: “Com tam Saigon” rice seed. Deep-fry criket, centipede, scorpion. Buffet dinner on Saigon river.
You ignore the hotel breakfast and our tour guide will pick you up for another special breakfast outside. Morning enjoy “com tam Saigon” as your late breakfast. “Com tam” is the cracked rice and you can see the seed of the rice. This is the most popular breakfast choice of Saigon people. You can have this special dish with baked ribbon, grilled chopped meat, Vietnamese ham, eggs and vegetable.
In the morning, you visit Cu Chi tunnels the former base of Vietnam soldiers against American troops during Vietnam War. Visit Thanh Tung cricket farm near from Cu Cu tunnels, which is home to about 30,000 crickets, scorpion and centipede. You see how the staff breed and reproduce them. Especially, you see how the chefs process the crickets, scorpion and centipede into your lunch. Enjoy sauteed peppery crickets, raw crickets with vegetables, deep-fry crickets with shrimp chips, deep fry scorpion and centipede with flour. Enjoy the special lunch there. Back to your hotel for free leisure.
In the evening, you enjoy the special buffet dinner on Saigon river cruise. Overnight in Saigon.
DAY 10 HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)
Our driver picks you up at resort then transfer back to airport for departure flight. End of services.
